NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, PROPOSED FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COSTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements IN AND FOR THE City of Winfield, Winfield, Iowa 52659.

Notice is hereby given that there are on file with the Clerk,  Angie Oepping of the City of Winfield, Winfield, Iowa 52659, proposed drawings, project manual, proposed Form of Contract (“Contract Documents”), and opinion of probable cost for the construction of said improvement, for said Owner.

A hearing will be conducted thereon at a meeting of the City of Winfield to be held at 115 North Locust Street, Winfield, Iowa 52659 at 5:00 PM, on April 12, 2023, at which time and place any person may appear and file objections to the proposed drawings, project manual, proposed Form of Contract (“Contract Documents”), and opinion of probable cost for the construction of said improvement.
